Our food products are prepared and sold in accordance with applicable food safety requirements. Aurae Temptations holds a valid FSSAI registration/license, subject to the terms and validity of the applicable certificate.

For customised chocolates, personalised packaging, corporate orders, wedding/event orders or other specially prepared products:

  • Customised orders may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has started.
  • Any approved design, flavour, quantity or packaging details should be confirmed before production.
  • Additional charges may apply for customisation.

8. Payment

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.

An order will normally be processed only after successful payment confirmation, unless Cash on Delivery or another payment option is specifically offered.

Aurae Temptations does not store complete debit/credit card information on its own servers where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment gateway.

Unless otherwise specified, chocolates should generally be kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture.

Aurae Temptations shall not be responsible for melting, blooming, deformation or other changes caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

During hot weather, additional care may be required during transportation and storage.

11. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting Aurae Temptations as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests may not be accepted once an order has been prepared, dispatched or customised.

For customised or specially prepared products, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

Any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable and food-related nature of our products, returns may not generally be accepted once the product has been delivered.

However, if you receive:

  • An incorrect product
  • A missing product
  • A product with a significant quality issue

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the package and product.

After reviewing the complaint, Aurae Temptations may, at its discretion and where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution.

Refund eligibility shall be determined on a case-by-case basis.

13. Offers and Promotions

From time to time, Aurae Temptations may provide discounts, promotional offers, coupon codes or special campaigns.

Unless otherwise stated:
